LYFT
2-1-1 Big Bend in partnership with United
Way, United Way of the Big Bend and Lyft is offering free transportation to COVID-19 vaccine sites for first and second vaccine doses through the Lyft Ride United Program. Rides can be set up by calling 850-617-6325 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
FOR FLORIDA MEDICAID RECIPIENTS
Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration is offering free transportation for Florida Medicaid recipients to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Contact your Medicaid plan or call the Medicaid Helpline at 1-877-254-1055 for more information.
FOR SENIORS
Elder Care Services is now transporting older adults to and from vaccination sites. Seniors in need of transportation or in-home vaccination assistance may call Elder Care at (850) 921-5554 to request support.
FOR HOMEBOUND PATIENTS
